About the Role:
The Center Manager (CM) position is responsible for executing all of EWC’s policies and procedures while achieving center financial, sales and performance goals. The CM will create a positive and motivating culture which allows their team of Sales, Guest Service and Wax Specialist associates to focus on delivering a superb guest experience while enjoying their own work experience. The CM will provide the necessary tools, information, and coaching for associates to be successful. This includes creating a safe and fun culture which promotes positive team member morale and engagement.
