Responsibilities:
- Involve in Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Participating in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Creating and delivering presentations and workshops to stakeholders
- Working with project managers to ensure that business requirements are met
- Conducting quality assurance testing on new business systems and processes
- Providing training to users on new business systems and processes
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Computer science, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
- Gathered requirements for a fully electronic auto insurance contract process
- Good understanding in UAT effort and was the single point of contact for all the User Testing issues and Change Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess candidate suitability based on specified criteria.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
