Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is a leading established Home Health Care Agency. We currently have an opportunity for a home care Recruiter in New York City.
The role of the home care recruiter is to source and attract candidates to deliver personal care and home health aide services to our clients. The home care recruiter is responsible for screening caregivers who align with Premier’s mission and values, ensuring exceptional care for our clients. This role is field-based, requiring active engagement with potential candidates in the office at varying external locations, including healthcare facilities and recruitment events.
Key Functions:
- Conduct research and proactively source candidates through various recruiting outlets such as HubSpot, social media, and indeed for job placement.
- Review, analyze, and ensure fulfillment of staffing needs for our recruiting teams.
- Make connections with Home Health Aide Schools and develop presentations to the staff as well as the students of HHA schools, programs, and caregiver application programs.
- Participate in regular field recruiting/hiring events, job fairs, and street fairs to attract. HHAs to the company; ensuring we are competitive in the industry to attract applicants.
- Consistently meet monthly KPIs.
- Undertake recruiting project tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruiting.
- A High School diploma required or a college degree in the related field (Preferred).
- Bilingual: Spanish/English (speak, read, and write) is required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and also with the team.
- MS Office and Computer proficiency.
