JOB SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator will assist in scheduling project work with vendors, develop project scopes, project budgets, and tracking of project work as it is being performed. They will help with communication across the organization working closely with all departments to determine needs, schedules, and priorities for planned and future projects. They will help identify opportunities to provide a safe work environment, increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and lower costs across the entire organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Planning- Organize, plan meetings, and breaking projects down into actionable steps.

Managing Resources- Coordinating activities, equipment, information, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Scheduling- Managing project schedules, assigning tasks, and tracking work hours.

Communicating- Liaising with Creekstone team members to define project requirements and communicating timeline changes and new information to the team.

Tracking-Monitoring project progress, tracking changes, and adjusting schedules as needed.

Reporting- Project progress to stakeholders and recording minutes and notes during meetings.

Administering- Handling administrative tasks for the project manager and team members, such as routing projects for approval, tracking quotes, RFIs and organization of project files.

Safety- Identifying and addressing unsafe practices that are observed during project execution and daily operational activities.

Collaboration- with Creekstone Reliability and Maintenance personnel and onsite GC or vendors to ensure training, spare parts, and installation is well communicated and executed.

Organization-Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Teamwork- Follow the plant’s continuous improvement process and plan.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
-
Working knowledge of all aspects of industrial maintenance preferred

Good attendance record
-
Exceptional safety record
-
Good computer skills (excel, work, PowerPoint, outlook, etc.)

Physical demands include a great deal of walking and stair climbing
-
Able to work productively and independently, good time management skills

Clear communication skills – verbally and in written form

Ability to take direction

Good attitude
