As a Business Analyst you will collaborate with stakeholders and technical leads to understand legacy applications, business needs, requirements, and objectives related to fintech applications and travel payments. Conduct comprehensive analysis of legacy applications, identifying areas for improvement, modernization, and optimization. Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories for modernizing legacy applications and facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members using tools such as Jira and Confluence, ensuring project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the fintech industry, with expertise in rewriting legacy applications and gathering requirements from stakeholders and tech leads.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements, with experience in the travel or payments industry preferred.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, as well as experience with fintech-specific technologies and platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote and cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote work environment.
