The Regional Manager of Lead Generation of Florida will play a significant role in the strategic planning and expansion of the greater organization. Leading all field marketing efforts the manager is responsible for the overall success and profitability of their region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plan(s) that supports greater organizational objectives.
- Create or refine systems to support objectives.
- Identify strategies to build efficiencies within the department and in partnership.
- Develop and implement manpower growth plan that supports overall organization.
- Install goals at various levels of leadership to achieve objectives and KPIs.
- Create a culture of winning, teamwork, and positivity.
- Work in collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Travel as necessary.
What you have:
- Seven or more years of experience managing high performing field lead generation teams.
- Strong understand of in-person sales and scheduling techniques.
- A professional organizational presence.
- Experience creating systems that drive leadership development.
- Experience growing and scaling teams at the regional level.
- Keen understanding of recruiting best practices and current trends.
