Role Description:
Lowe Property Group (LPG) is looking for a Marketing and Content Coordinator for our Real Estate Investment and Property Management Businesses to work out of LPG’s corporate office in Salt Lake City.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Google ad campaigns
- Ensure the corporate and property websites are updated and professional and optimize visibility in search engine and organic traffic searches
- Update social media platforms and create and post content on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
- Create and update advertisements on 3rd party ILS sites including Apartments.com, Facebook, etc.
- Oversee onsite resident retention through resident events, surveys, etc.
- Create marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, signage, and newsletters
- Respond professionally to online reviews and drive additional positive exposure
- Collect, process, and analyze marketing metrics to determine successful strategies across the portfolio
- Target various demographics through online marketing and outreach
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong understanding of marketing platforms including Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Social Media, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
- Creative and attention to detail
- Ability to pivot and revamp when needed and not afraid to think outside of the box
- A “scrappy, can do” attitude
- Interest in growing with the company

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Marketing: 2 years (Required)
