This role will partner with various departments in the Woven Import departments to assist production manager workloads - translate vision, ideas and sketches into a finished product. This person will work closely with technical designers, product development team and factories to ensure production runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Create purchase order in system and send PO to factory
- Follow up with factory on fit sample send date
- Sample check in and update internal fit lists
- Prepare production line sheet, send factory allocation, and pass off to factory
- Follow up on lab dips, trims submit and fit sample with factory
- Review factory submits with design for approval
- Approve care instruction and UPC submit from factory
- Create and update WIP report daily with accurate information for each style
- Update Blue Cherry with fabric content and COO every season
- Create binder and filing
Qualifications:
- At least 2-year experience in Production.
- Experience in Woven / Knits.
- Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Fashion
- Computer proficiency: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Highly attentive to detail

Benefits:
- $50,000 - $60,000 base salary (This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this NYC - based position. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other AO employees.)
