THE JOB:
Join Mandalay Bay as we seek a Supervisor for our Front Services team. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional service delivery, overseeing daily operations, and leading a team to provide top-tier customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a customer service-oriented role within the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Guest Experience:
- Uphold and enhance guest satisfaction by providing outstanding service.
- Handle VIP guest interactions and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Implement and monitor guest feedback mechanisms, driving continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily operations of front services, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Ensure efficient and effective guest service operations, resolving issues promptly.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet service demands.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and logs related to front services.
- Monitor and manage departmental budgets and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
Leadership & Management:
- Supervise and support front services staff, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience
- 2 years of prior relevant experience in Front Services, Front Desk Agent, Concierge, or Security
