The Opportunity:
The Operations Managers core purpose is to build, lead and inspire a team to execute upon The Joint’s service, quality and operational standards and achieve all financial targets for clinics.
This full-time position provides support and oversight on the operations of each clinic within the region. Core responsibility is business growth and team development to ensure a consistent and high-quality patient experience across all clinics. The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the team at each clinic consisting of DC (Doctor of Chiropractic) and WC (Wellness Coordinator/front desk) while developing and implementing best practices in the clinic to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while meeting performance goals for each clinic within the region. There are 3 clinics within the Florida region - Pensacola, Pace and Fort Walton Beach.
Core Expectations:
- Conduct regular and scheduled site visits that access the patients experience. Provide direction, guidance and recognition that focuses on exceeding the customer’s expectations.
- Ensure that the teams are maintaining franchise standards
- Developmental conversations during visits
- Perform regular follow-up training, when necessary, determined by performance and observation.
- Develop Sales Goals based on predetermined business plan
- Follow up on weekly/monthly goals with each clinic team and find opportunities for improvement and actions to execute improvement
- Meet or exceed budgeted sales objectives each month
- Meet or exceed KPI’s for each location
- Regular communication with Franchise owner and President of Chiropractic
- Responsible for upkeep of clinic inventory and on site-facilities
Requirements:
- Previous Franchise experience is a MUST!
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Must be passionate about health and wellness
- Ability to travel throughout assigned local market to visit locations routinely
- Strong time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong operations background
- Sales experience is a huge plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
