Recruiting and Retention Account Manager
Specialized Staffing Solutions is seeking a Customer Service expert to help support, maintain, and grow relationships. This is a key role that requires the skills, attention to detail, and capacity involved with Recruiting and Retention, as well as the business acumen, professionalism, and consistency required for Account Management. As a key member of our management service team, you will be empowered to work with the other recruiting and sales managers to advance our company to the next level. *The hours for this position requires the flexibility M-F from 8:00am to 6:00pm*

Key Responsibilities:
-Forecasting and executing Business Unit Budget
-Training, coaching, and influencing branch unit staff to achieve desired results
-Creatively leveraging resources, both internal and external, to increase candidate traffic, improve client fill rates, and put more people to work
-Effectively utilizing social media to engage with associates, applicants, and clients
-Engaging with candidates through individual interactions, Quality/ Retention activities, and employee referrals
-Demonstrating ownership of account relationships, including, but not limited to: client meetings, industrial and non-industrial facility tours, job shadows, custom reporting, distribution of fliers and other materials, prompt and professional communication (verbal and written), regular account check-ins, and up-selling our service
-Collaborating with our Business Development Manager to be a key resource for new sales opportunities including: prospective client meetings, facility tours, introduction/follow-up communication, and talent marketing
-Recruiting, interviewing, and vetting applicants and placing them in appropriate roles
-Successfully managing a high volume of both outbound and inbound calls and emails
-Managing Unemployment Costs, Workers’ Compensation claims, and minimizing the risk/costs associated with them
-Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators to drive Branch success
Qualifications:
-Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
-3+ Years of Agency Staffing Experience and/or high-volume production recruiting
-Experience in a high-volume, fast paced environment
-Demonstrated success in Customer Service and/or Account Management
-Experience Managing, Coaching, and Training Direct Reports

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
