We are seeking a Camp Manager to oversee the operations and guest experience at our campsite. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, customer service, and guest relations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all aspects of camp operations, including staff management, activity planning, and guest services.
- Ensure the camp facilities are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for camp supplies and services.
- Develop and execute programs to enrich the camper experience.
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Manage activity schedules and events for seamless operation.
- Provide training and guidance to camp staff to deliver exceptional service.
Skills:
- Prior experience in guest relations, hotel, or resort management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills emphasizing guest satisfaction.
- Effective communication with a diverse range of individuals.
- Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities.
