The San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR) is currently seeking a candidate for the position of Member Services Representative. SABOR is the largest trade association in South Texas and is an advocate for private property rights.
JOB SUMMARY: The Member Services Representative is often the primary point of contact with the membership of the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®(SABOR). As such, a Member Service Representative is the first step in the execution of SABOR's commitment to an excellent membership experience. This important position will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of SABOR's membership are met and exceeded. Applicant's for this position should have a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. Applicants will be required to listen to members, identify needs that are communicated verbally and nonverbally, and then determine solutions that can meet and exceed the member's needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet visitors and direct them to the proper Member Services Personnel.
- Answer telephone calls from members and screen and direct calls.
- Provide exceptional customer service to individuals seeking to become or already are members of the association.
- Develop a working knowledge of the various types of memberships offered by the association and the benefits of membership.
- Become familiar with the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the various supplemental services that are offered to members.
- Provide training and assistance to member inquiries whether in person, video appointment, over the phone, email, live-chat, or curbside.
- Ability to accurately and timely enter applications in database programs.
- Become familiar with REALTOR®* benefits and ancillary services provided by SABOR, as well as the Texas Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®*.
- Maintain membership records for SABOR and MLS associations.
- Initiate correspondence to members relative to orientation.
- Maintains familiarity and operational functionality of departmental systems, including Zoho Desk, WebEx, Gmail, RAMCO, SUPRAnet, TREC, and M1, NAR’s national membership database.
