Job Description
BryceTech is looking for a junior project manager to provide administrative support to include managing complex calendars, arranging travel plans, and acted as a liaison between internal and external contacts. To schedule council and working group in-person meetings, webinars, and teleconferences. Provide communications support by assisting leadership with communications to appropriate stakeholders. This should include collecting and preparing background materials to prepare leadership for the stakeholder and higher leadership engagement. The candidate should be knowledgeable and able to master of a suite of tools (Zoom, Adobe Connect, DocuSign) to support remote work and virtual meetings. Able to coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of high-level events and meetings to include logistics, attendee management, and specific requirements, enhancing company engagement and professionalism. Prepare summaries, meeting, and briefing materials in a timely manner. Upload relevant content to specific portals and websites and assemble and produce routing packages. Assist the center leadership with HR issues and document completion and review. Be able to utilize integrated systems project management and Microsoft SharePoint for document storage, improving team collaboration and project visibility.
Qualifications

Experience in project management. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (management or business)

2-4 years’ work experience as a task leader of project manager
