Duties:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities
- Monitor and document patients' progress during therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies
- Provide case management services to ensure continuity of care
- Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in occupational therapy
