Act as customer service liaison for our Roof Inspectors (sales reps)

Review contracts and documentation for accuracy and completion before submitting to our production team

Understand, monitor, and report on sales performance metrics

Work with various departments to complete tasks

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and perform tasks with urgency

Positive mindset and can-do attitude

Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office

Proven work experience as a sales administrator or related field
