We are seeking an Incident Management Specialist to work in Mifflin and surrounding counties to conduct investigations with individuals who have developmental disabilities, their family members, and other service professionals.
Requirements:
- Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) Investigator Certification preferred but not required, (willing to train you to become a Certified Investigator);
- Conducting Certified Investigations;
- Preparing Incident Management Investigation Reports;
- Reviewing daily ODP Incident Management incidents which includes internal and external tracking; and
- Conducting Quality Management Reviews;
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to generate detailed reports;
- Ability to meet strict timelines;
- Flexible schedule; and
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Education/Professional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services preferred but not required; and
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, their family members, and other service professionals.
