Responsibilities:

3. Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, interactions, and transactions, in the CRM system.
4. Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications:
