Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Delivers engaging virtual (web-based), live, and on-the-job training content
- Partners effectively with subject matter experts to develop a robust training curriculum for various roles within the sales organization
- Maintain training curriculum to ensure sustained organizational impact.
- Inspires frontline employees and sales leaders through real-time coaching.
- Collaborates and communicates with sales teams to ensure learning needs are being met
- Maintain records of training activities and employee progress; monitor and measure effectiveness of programs
- Determines training needs by consulting with sales leaders, observing sales encounters, and analyzing sales results
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining a personal network
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
- Enthusiastic team player with a drive to create a positive work environment
- Motivates and inspires teams through training, facilitation, and providing feedback
- Ability to manage the full training cycle (in-person or web-based)
Preferred Skills
- 1+ years of insurance sales experience
- 2+ years of sales training experience
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
