We are looking for a motivated experienced sales rep, responsible for driving sales of compounded Semaglutide ( Gerneric Ozempic) and compounded Tirzepatide ( Generic Mounjaro) and other associated wellness products.
We will provide leads, but if you previously established relationships with clinics and other providers, that is a plus!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for arranging, facilitating and providing training on medications
- Responsible for researching products, competitor products, industry trends, techniques, new products, promotional activity, and enhanced selling skills.
- Responsible to develop and maintain complete up-to-date records within the Company’s
systems and processes, while also maintaining an adequate working inventory of literature,
stock packages and promotional items.
- Responsible for providing reports to members of Sales management team relating to sales and
marketing information, competitive activities, new product ideas, promotion improvements and
technical inquiries as assigned.
- Responsible to follow Company practices, polices, and procedures to maintain compliance and
integrity within the territory and customer base.
- Responsible to collaborate with the Regional Manager, Key Account Manager, and
other Territory Managers to provide a comprehensive dental and laboratory offering to
our customers.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Proven sales experience and documented success within a B2B selling environment
- Proficiency in building ongoing relationships
- Skill in navigating past gatekeepers and getting to decision-makers
- Proven success in closing skills
- Transactional selling skills, including cold calling, product demos, pitching, and a high degree of
account management skills
- High energy and coachable
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science preferred
- 3 years of sales experience preferred
Duties:
- Provide personalized health coaching to clients based on their individual needs and goals
- Educate clients on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications to improve overall health
- Monitor client progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
Skills:
- Proficiency in medical terminology and acute care practices
- Experience in pharmacy technician roles or medication administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills to track client progress and outcomes
