As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and setting up appointments. Responsibilities:
- Appointment setting
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and update sales records
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales, cold calling or a similar role
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of technology sales is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
