Virtual School Psychologist in Georgia
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting the mental health and educational development of our students by providing a variety of psychological services to help them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Provide individual and group counseling to students to address emotional, social, and behavioral issues.
- Offer crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop strategies for improving classroom management and promoting positive behaviors.
- Facilitate communication between the school, parents, and external mental health professionals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support plans.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for staff and parents on topics such as child development, behavior management, and mental health awareness.
- Keep accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress.
- Stay current with research and best practices in school psychology and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Specialist degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Georgia licensure as a School Psychologist optional
- Active Georgia teaching certification for School Psychologist required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a school setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, educators, and administrators.
- Demonstrated understanding of child and adolescent development.
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the school community.
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
