In general, the Behavioral Case Manager (CM) position is the glue that connects all of the client services together. They are responsible for ensuring the provider and client services do not break down as the CM has an in-depth understanding of the client, the provider, and the ACS resources available if quick emergency responses are needed. CM’s have a large role in summarizing client information, developing client and staff training documents, and facilitating staff training.
