Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Handyman / Field Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete and asphalt work, flooring, painting and drywall, fencing and cages, electrical, plumbing and all other general handyman work.
Responsibilities:
- Completing general building cleaning and maintenance.
- Basic carpentry, such as repairing doors, windows, cabinets, and furniture
- Plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing toilets, unclogging drains, and installing sinks
- Repairing and painting damaged areas inside and outside of buildings
- Assembling furniture, installing flooring, hanging flag poles, and other general upkeep tasks
- Minor electrical fixes, such as installing light fixtures, ceiling fans, dimmer switches, and outlets
- Lay and spread concrete, often for structures like sidewalks, roads, and driveways, and bollards
- Familiar with forklift and other small machinery
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as handyman
- Able to lift more than 50+ lbs.
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
- Basic math skills
- Good communication ability
- Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
- Attention to detail

Pay: $21.85 - $26.31 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
