Territory Manager - Northeast US
TWT Audio, a division of ThinkWrite Technologies, is looking for an experienced Territory Manager who has the skills and initiative to grow sales and maintain customer relationships in the Northeast United States. In this role, we seek a candidate who possesses an internal drive to succeed and a proven sales background. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with the energy and determination to grow and expand the customer base for our products in their territory.
This is a highly regarded and important position in the organization. We are looking for someone that has the skills and drive to become a superstar in sales of our products. Some background working in or with the K-12 market is greatly desired, but not required.
The territory is made up of the following states: Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, Vermont, Washington DC and West Virginia. Frequent travel within these states will be required.

Responsibilities
- Manage new and existing reseller partners to increase product sales.
- Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation.
- Work with the Vice President of Sales and Business Development to grow sales in your assigned territory.
- Identify, recruit and on-board new reseller partners to build business.
- Ensure that partners are up-to-date with product information.
- Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies.
- Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods for your market.
- Present products and services to prospective customers.
- Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships.
- Train reseller partners in company product attributes.
- Assess sales performance according to KPIs.
- Monitor competition within your assigned region.
Requirements
- 3+ year sales experience.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs.
- Ability to travel in assigned territory.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps; familiarity with CRM is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organizational and leadership ability.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
