Duties:
- Drive the overall sales of Million Dollar Pro by engaging with potential clients through both inbound and outbound sales meetings/calls. Your main goal is to close sales by effectively communicating the value and transformative potential of our Success Academy.
- Conduct detailed consultations to guide prospects through the educational materials and programs we offer, ensuring they understand the direct benefits and outcomes of enrolling.
- Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing, using strong persuasive and consultative selling techniques to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Utilize CRM tools to meticulously track sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales goals, ensuring efficient management of the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to leverage insights from client interactions for lead generation strategies and educational content adjustments.
- Provide feedback and strategic insights to the leadership team on sales performance, market trends, and potential opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, with extensive experience in high-activity sales environments. Previous roles should demonstrate strong sales achievements and the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural talent for building rapport, trust, and professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Strong orientation towards results and performance, driven by a competitive commission-based compensation structure that rewards top performers.
- Deep understanding of the sales process, with a knack for persuasive and consultative selling, ideally within the coaching, education, or business services sectors.
- Robust organizational skills and proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales processes and client information.
- Passion for the business of home services and a commitment to empowering small business owners through effective sales and engagement strategies.
- Dynamic team player, flexible to grow as the business grows and willingness to contribute to a collaborative environment.
- Passionate about building relationships and helping people achieve success.
- Basic knowledge of Keap/Infusionsoft, Kajabi, Google Workspace, Asana.
- Reliable internet connection and comfortable with daily Zoom and phone interactions.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
