Employment:
We are currently looking for individuals to work Part- or Full-time as Board Certified Behavior Analysts who have a passion for working with children and at least 2 years’ experience working with children with ASD or related diagnosis. Preferred experience of one year as BCBA.

BCBA- Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Requirements:
● Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or other developmental delays or special needs
● Experience working in clinic, school or in-home therapy settings
● Master’s degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or related disciples
● Must be able to complete and pass in-house BCBA competency checklist within the first 45 days of hire
● Must have current BCBA credential or sitting for the BCBA certification exam in the immediate future
Job Responsibilities:
● A passion for working with children
● At least 2 years’ experience working with children with ASD or related diagnosis
● Preferred experience of one year as BCBA
● Provide 1:1 therapy for children with ASD or related diagnosis using the principle of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)as needed
● Maintain 80% billable hours weekly; remaining time will be spent attending to required administrative tasks and non-billable client hours
● Provide hands-on supervision and training of behavior technicians
● Assist with initial and recurring competency assessments and training of behavior technicians
● Conduct initial assessments and create initial treatment plan for new clients
● Conduct functional behavior assessments and prepare individualized behavior intervention plans as needed
● Ensure implementation of treatment and data collection is in accordance with treatment prescribed through RBT supervision and behavior modification
● Attend staff meetings and recurring BCBA collaborative meetings
● Adhere to required number of parents and team meetings as described by respective insurance company requirements
● Ensure that required documentation is completed within a timely manner and submitted to appropriate avenues accordingly
● Frequently and effectively communicate with fellow BCBAs and company administrators for concerns or treatment progress
● Complete designated administrative tasks in a timely manner and reporting to appropriate department
● Ability to accept feedback and obtainsupplemental knowledge and skills independently through CEUs
● Maintain client confidentiality and provide an ethical therapeutic environment
● Maintain ongoing compliance in accordance with the Code of Ethics as written by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Minimum Qualifications:
● Certification by the BACB as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); in good standing or eligible for re-certification
● Currently licensed within the Alabama Behavior Analyst Licensing board as Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
● Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or relate disciple
● Valid driver’s license
● Must have completed or able to complete supervisor training meeting BACB requirements; or able to complete prior to start date
● Must be or able to become CPR Certified within 30 days of hire date
● Must be able to pass BCBA competency checklist within 45 days of hire date

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
