Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for organizing Health Career clinical schedules and student and faculty paperwork primarily for the Nursing program and other programs as assigned.
- Work with program/clinical faculty chairs in the Nursing and Health Sciences Division to submit clinical site requests to multiple facilities based on site deadlines.

Track clinical site responses and work with program/clinical faculty chair in the Nursing and Health Sciences Division and Director of Nursing (DON) to determine final clinical schedule.

Communicate with clinical sites on behalf of the Nursing and Health Sciences Division to confirm student placements.

Work with Coordinator of Clinical Learning in the Nursing and Health Sciences Division to confirm current clinical processes/requirements.

E-mail required clinical paperwork to students and faculty for each site.

Track student and faculty clinical paperwork responses and organize requirement per clinical site.

Send all required documents to clinical sites per individual site deadline based on course schedule.

Work closely with Program Support Specialist to confirm health compliance.

Maintain close and constant communication with clinical sites, students, faculty, and DON throughout process.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education
-
High School diploma or GED required.
-
Associates Degree or equivalent related years of experience preferred.

Experience
-
Two (2) years' experience with office computer software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook required.

Proficiency in spoken and written English required.

Experience in multiple health platforms and applications such as MyClinical Exchange preferred.

Emphasis on accuracy, proficiency and productivity. Highly organized and detail oriented.
Working Conditions:

Use of phone, computer, and heavy interaction with students.

This position requires a background check and drug screen.
Hiring Range:
Classified 7 Hourly/16.10 - 17.25
