We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience.
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, loading and moving products in the warehouse. This position is also responsible for maintaining the warehouse and planning and designing the warehouse layout.
General Responsibilities:
- Monitors inventory by completing counts as required. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
- Stores product by designating storage areas; adjusting storage areas according to production and shipping requirements; updating location database.
- Picks-up product by monitoring production; loading and moving product.
- Verifies product inventory reports by comparing logs and reports; adjusting entries.
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Prepares product for shipment by verifying location; directing movement to staging area; resolving problems.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement, keeping the warehouse clean and door free as possible.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge of AV, Lighting and Scenic equipment.
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Education and Experience Requirements
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines required both domestically and around the world.
- Experience in technical operations of interactive exhibits a plus.
- Experience in carpentry, electrical, electronics, materials, hardware a bonus.

Work Conditions
- Warehouse environment
- Must be able to walk and stand
- Some traveling may be required.
- Flexibility in hours/some weekend work (minimal)
- Driver’s License – truck rental when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
