Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a highly motivated Director of FP&A who will serve as a key member of the Finance team. Drive the usage and reporting of financial and operational KPIs, and provide leadership in planning, reporting, forecast accuracy and alignment between finance segment leaders. Reporting to the VP of Finance & Accounting, the Director of FP&A will have exceptional analytical skills,, with a proven track record of transforming data into insights. To excel in this role the individual should be very collaborative and capable of influencing business partners to course correct, based on sound analysis and business judgment. This individual will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with an ability to deal with high levels of complexity. They will know what great looks like and will contribute to the growth and continuous improvement across the FBG Finance department.
Responsibilities
- Primary ownership of reporting to FBG leadership, including financial narrative development, in-depth understanding of business drivers, and establishing best in class data packages for C-suite consumption
- Manage FBG’s financial processes such as month-end reporting and variance analysis, forecasting, budget planning, annual planning
- Proactively provide quantified insights and propose solutions to areas of risk and opportunity to influence business strategy
- Streamline the forecast process, increase forecast accuracy, align across various teams and stakeholders and enable meaningful forecast reviews with leadership
- Support the corporate FP&A team with a focus on developing the set of data packages used by leadership on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Develop and maintain communicated KPIs, including associated research, comparable company analysis, consolidation, data visualization and packaging
Build, lead and inspire a talented team responsible for providing insights and financial transparency

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant field
- Extensive FP&A Background with 9+ years of finance management experience in a complex organization spanning multiple business units, geographies, or categories
- Experience identifying and quantifying value creation levers, and subsequently structuring and leading efforts to capture these opportunities
- The ideal candidate will have built new processes and/or lead deployment of systems that enable advanced analytics and enhance data-driven decision making.
- Deep experience with financial models and accounting concepts
- Extensive experience with presentations to senior management, with extraordinary attention to detail and strong data visualization skills
- Adaptability and innovation with an eye for developing processes that align across multiple groups and stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team
Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings

The base salary range for this role is $151,000 per year - $250,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming and an equity award.
- Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country of residence
