We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable, private practice that is seeking an associate dentist. Ideally they are needing a full time dentist for 4 to 5 days per week. No nights nor weekends required. They have lots of established patients already established as well as their associate is retiring.
They are seeking a dentist with at least a couple of years of experience or a residency completed, as the office is a busy one. A full time dentist can expect to earn well over 300K per year.
The office has a mix of PPOs and Fee for Service. They do not accept HMOs nor Medicaid. This 5 operatory office is a modern one with digital x-rays, paperless charting, CBCT, scanners and more. They have an amazing staff of 2-3 assistants, 2 hygienists and front desk.
General restorative procedures is all that is required. If a dentist can perform advanced procedures that is a plus but they are not required. They are ideally seeking an experienced dentist who can work independently most of the time. The owner can come help mentor once a week (if needed), but he practices at another office most days.
