Residential Warranty Company, LLC, a leading national home warranty company, is currently seeking a full-time Claims Administrative Assistant. Candidate must be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working well in an office environment, with a high-volume workload.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer homeowner telephone calls and provide accurate information based on a review of warranty coverage on the home
- Review homeowner written claim notices for verification of warranty coverage
- Create electronic files for homeowner claim notices
- Submit claim notice acknowledgment letters to homeowners
- Write close letters to homeowners with accurate citations to warranty provisions
- Data entry
- Electronic scanning and filing of documentation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook)
- Strong organizational/multi-tasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience communicating with customers on the telephone and through letters in a professional manner
- Administrative office and customer experience
- Ability to learn and understand residential construction warranty coverages
- Positive personality
EDUCATION: Minimum High School diploma or equivalency
