Description:
The Warehouse Application Administrator is responsible for executing warehouse orders, working at fulfilling orders and activities of the SureHome office. This individual will provide support to managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. While responsible for confidential and time sensitive material, the Warehouse Application Administrator must rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals with a practical, creative, and knowledgeable approach.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Perform administration of warehouse application platform, including initial setup, documenting of policies and procedures, training end users on platform use and data management.

Provides support and assistance with Warehouse Management Software to include data entry for uploading product information into company ordering system.

Manage integration partnerships.

To ensure business operation continuity, all system changes, upgrades, and maintenance schedules must be effectively planned, coordinated, tested and communicated with both IT and clients well in advance.

Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
-
High School Diploma or Equivalent required; an Associate’s degree in office administration or related field preferred.

Two (2) years of experience as a product owner or platform administrator.

One (1) or more years of work experience in a customer facing role required.
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:

Ability to type at least 60 words per minute.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; possesses strong general computer skills.

Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn accounting software/systems.

Bilingual a plus.

2+ years of logistical software experience required.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver’s license required.
