Responsibilities:
- Professionally and warmly greet visitors upon arrival
- Handle and route incoming calls, take messages, and assist callers with information
- Oversee calendars and coordinate appointments
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and visitors
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail in data entry
- Proficiency in managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Prior experience in an office environment is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
