Bridgefield Electrical Services is looking for a strong candidate with demonstrated experience in Business Development to join our team!
The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of the construction industry. Additionally, possessing strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analysis to understand business competition.
· Create a network of contacts, research and identify new market opportunities, and build long-term relationships with prospective clients.
· Work closely with operations team to build and/or present proposals which are advantageous to both the client and company.
· Ability to negotiate terms that meet the needs of both client and company.
· Work closely with customers providing regular updates to exceed expectations and build a successful business relationship.
· Create actions plans, sales projections, and business strategies to help the company achieve its objectives.
· Ability to collaborate at multiple levels to include estimators, customers, management, and decision makers.
· Must be able to attend construction related events to network and stay up to date with current and upcoming trends.
· Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
The salary for this role depends upon the level of experience. Additionally, this candidate will receive a company vehicle, corporate credit card, and a great benefit package!
