Job Description: Better Business Bureau, Inc. (BBB) is the nation’s oldest and most trusted resource for consumer information regarding businesses. We are currently seeking self-disciplined, motivated, and highly competitive candidates to join our team in Tyler, TX as Part-Time Sales Representatives. This role offers an opportunity to consult with business owners, assisting them in enhancing their online marketing presence to remain competitive in the marketplace, all while upholding our reputation of trust, credibility, and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to leads and follow-up calls to potential customers via telephone and email to qualify leads and promote accreditation.
- Highlight product features, provide accurate pricing information, and assist in completing accreditation applications.
- Develop and nurture customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Identify and pursue sales leads from various sources including ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, and business directories.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to accreditation applications and services.
