Responsibilities:
- Planning, developing and administering career development assistance programs for students, graduates and alumni
- Builds effective relationships with industry constituents and other partners to identify employment opportunities
- Creates and develops new strategies to support graduating students
- Maintains department compliance with government accreditation, and other regulatory bodies
- Plans, organizes and supervises the operational functions of the Career Services office
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities which include the following: planning, assigning, and directing work of subordinates; appraising their performances; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Plans, organizes and supervises the operational functions of the Career Services office
- Complete weekly and/or monthly reports as directed
- Identifies critical problems, develops solutions, and coordinates the necessary personnel to implement solutions
- Other duties as assigned and occasional travel required
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university and minimum two years’ experience in related field. Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years related experience is strongly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
