Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using precision measuring instruments
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Proficient in operating CNC milling machines and related equipment
- Experience with weld, CAM programming, Fanuc, programming, Press brake machine, Materials handling, caliper, Warehouse, press, and Tooling
- Strong understanding of machining principles and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection methods
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
