Role Summary:
The Senior Analyst or Analyst will serve an important role in managing priority projects and initiatives across CPC Mortgage Company. They will work collaboratively across all departments of CPC Mortgage Company to support business decisions through research, data analysis, and the preparation of reports, presentations, and white papers.
What You’ll do:

Project manage key priority initiatives. Identify and convene internal working groups, prepare briefings, ensure tasks are completed, and prepare briefings to support business decisions.

Provide administrative and scheduling support to the President of the Mortgage Company.

Work collaboratively with senior management and support leadership-level meetings through establishing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow up items.

Gather and analyze research, market and other data to evaluate potential or ongoing initiatives, and prepare summaries, reports, and recommendations.

Prepare briefing memos, presentations, and meeting materials to support the work of the Mortgage Company, including Board Meetings, leadership meetings and investor and client presentation.

Research and report on industry best practices.

Track progress on priority projects for the Mortgage Company and follow-up on deliverables to keep project timelines on track.

Support Managing Directors on special projects and work.

As assigned, provide the Production team support in creation of LOI’s and term sheets.

Support the core functions of the Mortgage Company as needed.
Skills and Experience

Undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Public Administration, or related field.

1-5 years professional experience in Affordable Housing, Community Development or Real Estate preferred.

Understanding of community development and the affordable housing market required.

Ability to understand and analyze research and data sets.

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities and manage deadlines.

Enjoys working collaboratively and being a member of a team.

Must possess strong project management, research, and communication skills.

Must be highly detail-oriented.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

This is a full-time, hybrid role where you will work from the Manhattan office two – three days a week. The salary range is $75,000 – $95,000, dependent on experience.
