Job Summary:
- Brief Overview:Profitably plan truck fleet operations while meeting DOT regulations, negotiate rates with brokers and customers, and exhibit high-level communication skills with the ability to adapt and learn new systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Detailed Tasks:
- Identify profitable and non-profitable freight and make quick decisions on approving, negotiating, or rejecting offers.
- Communicate efficiently by phone, email, or text using our preferred communication platforms.
- Take a leadership role to coordinate with other agents involved in operations.
- Ensure dispatchers communicate effectively with drivers, mechanics, customers, safety, recruitment, and other relevant parties.
Prioritize:
- Ensure the fleet is moved profitably while complying with DOT regulations.
- Provide drivers with national average mileage, prioritizing profitability.
Required Qualifications:
- Additional Skills**: Strong understanding of the U.S. geographical map and time zones. For example, the ability to estimate mileage from Los Angeles, CA to Orlando, FL and accurately identify the city/state time zones.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range**: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
