Position Summary:
This person is responsible for general building maintenance, building inspections, general groundskeeping, and assists with purchasing of maintenance supplies and equipment for Surrey Place. This person works as a member of the building team in order to provide an optimally functional, safe, as well as aesthetically pleasing facility for our customers, internal and external. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Previous maintenance experience
