Job duties:
- Plan, direct and coordinate Change and Release activities for changes/code delivery, Application updates as required.
- Work with Scrum, Project, and Operations Teams to assist in the creation or upgrade of a Product/Component, per Enterprise vision and plans.
- Plan and follow up on development and testing schedules, various project and operations-related tasks and activities that may be critical in the team’s everyday functioning.
- Ensure consistency in code versions across environments, failures, lessons learned, Release Roadmaps etc.
- Drive changes to Distribution and non-Distribution capabilities that may be required to support/stabilize updates to existing systems and new technologies.
- Create Design, Release, deployment documents etc. to support these changes.
- Attend Change Control Board meetings to facilitate, follow-up, verify completeness of documentation and a holistic validation of new Change requests coming in.
- Support Environment build out, stabilization and decommissioning activities, as and when needed.
- Help with application and interface testing and coordinate testing effort with various functional partners.
Jos Requirements:
- At least 5 years in a Project/Release Coordinator role. Experience must be current.
- Strong understanding and experience working with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working on large, complex projects - multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working for an enterprise organization – Fortune 500 company.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum framework.
