Job Summary:
We are seeking a dispatcher/customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls for service via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Process calls for service, accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain customer records
- Utilize various software systems including TowXchange (TOPS), Microsoft office, Slack
- Familiarity with GPS systems for tracking driver locations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems for handling customer calls
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of logistics operations is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
