Our team of heart rhythm doctors specializes in implanting pacemakers, ICDs and biventricular pacemakers-ICDs, and providing follow-up and optimization of those patients with previously implanted devices. A dedicated pacemaker and defibrillator clinic provides clinical follow-up to patients with pacemakers, ICDs and biventricular pacemakers (CRT devices). Routine and extended interrogations, optimization and reprogramming are performed on-site in our device clinic, directed by our heart rhythm specialists.
As our next Cardiac Device Specialist RN, you will provide technical, clinical, and related contributory services in the area of Electrophysiology relative to Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices (CIED's)

Interrogating and programming cardiac devices including pacemakers, ICDs (implantable cardioverter defibrillators) and loop recorders under physician guidance in the ambulatory and/or in-patient environments

Provide quality patient care for accurate CIED management, arrhythmia interpretation, and comprehensive data management including remote monitoring encounters

Functions in a highly specialized area which requires strong clinical competencies with CIEDs and supports other practitioners in multidisciplinary teams in the hospital

Training can be provided and obtaining a specialty certification within 2 years upon hire is required
