Job Description
Inhabit is seeking a Client Support Specialist in our Payments Division at Vantage Card Services. Vantage Card Services is an ISO & Payment Facilitator. Client Support Specialist responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers and liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. This role is focused on an amazing customer experience. Our ideal candidate can identify customer needs and exceed client expectations.
Functions and Responsibilities

Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to our customers

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

Support clients through phone, email, and zoom calls
-
Aid with transaction and deposit reconciliation related items
-
Troubleshoot and provide terminal and software support
-
Assist clients who are adding or changing services
-
Implementation of new merchant accounts
-
Work as an individual or as a team to complete projects

Work with our processing banks to aid in supporting clients
Minimum Qualifications
-
Superb written and oral communication skills
-
Self-motivated, positive, go-getter type attitude
- Critical thinker and problem solver

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure

Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

Team player who wants to directly contribute to our company and clients
Education & Skills Requirements

Preferred experience in the payments industry (merchant services, banking, finance, underwriting)

3+ years’ work experience in a Client Support or Account Manager Role

Bachelor’s Degree and/ or other certificates, licenses or training is a plus!
