We are looking for a CNC Mill Set up Operator III (DOE) to join our team on the day shift, which is Monday – Friday currently from 5:00 am – 1:30 pm. Occasional weekend hours are available as well. This is a non-exempt position that pays 1.5 times the hourly rate for all hours worked over 40 in a week.
Summary/Objective: Set up and operate various CNC mill machines while following company guidelines, safety requirements, quality requirements, and production standards.
Essential Functions:

- Read and follow traveler instructions
- Load and unload material and parts
- Measure and document inspection data for self and peers
- Measure, document, maintain or improve on established production standards
- Read and interpret almost all blueprint dimensions, symbols, and notes
- Document counts
- Organize, clean, and maintain work area
- Complete discrepant tag information
- Communicate with tool crib on tooling needs and offer suggestions
- Communicate with Engineering on issues, needs, and improvements
- Perform All Set Ups
- Other functions as deemed appropriate

Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years as CNC Mill Operator Experience on multiple machine and controller types
- 10+ years with CNC Mill Set up
- 3+ years 5-axis Mill experience
- High school diploma / GED

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Hours are 5:30 am - 1:30 pm. Additional hours may be required for increased workflow, training, meetings, and projects.
