Overview
We are a leading healthcare provider specializing in innovative wound care treatments. Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Wound Care Specialist with NP (Nurse Practitioner) or PA (Physician Assistant). This position focuses on applying advanced amniotic allograft techniques to treat patients with chronic wounds. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, cutting-edge care directly to our patients' homes, improving their quality of life and fostering healing.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of wound patients in their homes, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Perform amniotic allograft applications for wound patients, utilizing state-of-the-art protocols and techniques.
- Provide follow-up care and assessments to monitor patient progress and healing.
- Educate patients and families on wound care management, prevention, and the benefits of amniotic allograft treatments.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and personalized patient care.
- Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Active licensure as an NP or PA.
- Prior wound care experience is mandatory, experience with amniotic allograft procedures is a plus.
- Ability to travel to patient homes within the designated service area.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on patient-centered care.
- Commitment to staying abreast of the latest developments in wound care treatments and technologies.
- Work under contractor agreement or with collaborative agreement
