Position Summary:
Are you a bilingual professional fluent in both English and Spanish with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Service Department. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling their inquiries and providing top-notch service in both languages. Your ability to communicate effectively, multitask, and resolve issues will be key to enhancing our customer experience and fostering long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Answer, track, and handle incoming customer interactions promptly and professionally in both English and Spanish. Take accurate messages with a high degree of courtesy.
- Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple phone calls and emails simultaneously, ensuring timely responses to all customer inquiries.
- Customer Relations: Take ownership of customer relations in a professional and courteous manner, whether in person, over the phone, or via email. Follow through on problems until resolution.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers, striving to improve their service experience, increase satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, and meet their expectations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and actions taken. Ensure all data entered in Salesforce is correct and up-to-date.
- Order Processing: Assist with taking and processing orders, following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and completion of their requests.
- Product and Service Information: Provide customers with detailed information about our products and services, helping them make informed decisions.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Experience: 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software, and general computer savviness.
- Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service, with strong problem-solving skills and professionalism.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to proactively establish and maintain an efficient filing system.
- Soft Skills: Punctual, reliable, and capable of multitasking effectively in a dynamic environment.
