Duties:
- Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in a hospice setting
- Assess and monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families about the disease process, symptom management, and end-of-life care options
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license (RN) in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines for hospice services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate care to patients and their families during a challenging time
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Note: Experience with Medicare guidelines for hospice services is essential for this role.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
