Atelier Esthetique Institute of Esthetics, an established skin care training and licensing facility, seeks a full-time Front Desk Administrator to join its team. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
The ideal candidate should possess and fundamental understanding of the skin care industry; be honest, reliable and punctual; be energetic, extremely well-spoken, pleasant, and courteous both in-person and on the phone; be speedy and proficient in using a PC with the ability to pick up new programs and applications quickly; be an efficient multi-tasker, and possess a passion for and willingness to learn about new developments in the Esthetics industry.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
-Handling phone calls and scheduling appointments
-Providing information on the schools’ course offerings, schedules, and general information
-Greeting, registering, and seating guests
-Provide informative tours of the facility
-Provide general assistance and direction to students
-Oversee and/or prep clinic and boutique areas
-Sales of continuing education courses, products, and services
-Collection of tuition payments
-Work in conjunction with Admissions department to help facilitate enrollment
-Maintain organization and product inventory
-Taking pride in providing a wonderful visit experience for guests and students
-Other duties as assigned by the Administration.
